1. Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery provided that:
- The product is unused, unopened, unsealed, and in its original packaging
- The item is in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided
For health, safety, and quality control reasons, opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened, used, or unsealed chemicals, liquids, sprays, or consumables
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer handling
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items
- Custom-made, private-label, bulk, wholesale, or B2B orders
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours to report it.
To help us resolve the issue, you may be asked to provide:
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- Images of the outer packaging and delivery label
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement, a refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.
4. How to Return an Item

Returned items must be securely packaged. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
